Socio-emotional skills: A basis for the implementation of democratic practices

After the pandemic situation that we have gone through, giving more importance to the issue of well-being in schools is an opportunity to reinforce the development of psychosocial skills necessary for the construction of a supportive society, where democracy and the power of action of individuals are respected. 

Thus, the work on the improvement of well-being and psychosocial skills is consistent with the values of democracy and represents a useful way to increase equality of opportunity in school, as well as school inclusion.
